What customer service?

<p>Why is there ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!?!? I bought an Eames replica dinning table and it was supposed to be 120cm wide and 72cm high, when it arrived it was 70cm wide and 50cm high. While waiting on the table to arrive I went out and bought 4 chairs to match at a premium! and now am unable to use any of it.. When logging a query on the site you guys send me a mail stating that someone from your customer care department will contact me within a couple of hours... that was yesterday.. I am still waiting.. do you guys even have customer service or are you just in the habit of ignoring mistakes in the hope that it goes away? Are you a government institution perhaps? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND!!!</p>
