What After Sales Service?? Pity there is not a Minus rating.

After sales service, what after sales service? I requested a return in December and it was only collected in January after numerous emails. Now I am battling to get my refund. No phone number and they do not reply on mails. Last year they somehow mixed up my Return and I ended up losing R1300! Do not touch them with a 10foot pole, they were good in the beginning, but is deteriorating at break-neck speed.
