One day only set me a faulty speaker one month ago, straight out of packaging it did not turn on from the moment it arrived. I logged a return the very same day. The unit was only collected 2 weeks later after I sent a complaint and I have not had a refund or news since. Customer service says they are waiting for the supplier response but it has been one month now.
