I logged a complaint on One Day Only website, due to an advertised special not being allocated to me. Maxine explained that I should have done one transaction, instead of two and thus did not qualify. I explained this was not clear to me at the time. She arranged that I get a coupon for the benefit I would have received.<br> <br> Well done Maxine, this way we can do business again in future.
