we nearing 2 months. NO Delievery of my purchase!!!!

I have used Oneday only 4 times prior to my latest purchase. On the 27 May 2020 i ordered and paid for my product. advised that it would take 4 to 5 days. As we came out of a lengthy lock down i knew it would be longer. It is now the 9th of July 2020 and I have not received the product. I have tried emailing. All i get is a fairly useless automated reply. SO SO disappointed in this company. I have just checked where my product is and everything says PENDING. If Oneday Only reads this. order number is ***. PLEASE SEND ASAP.
