Waste of time and money

I have a watch for my wife on the 07/09/2020 and received a confirmation that the order is being processed ang it will take 5-10 working days, until today my order *** is still on processing.We I request the whereabouts of my order I get a repeated programmed emails about delayed delivery due to covid-19 but we on level 2, and what makes me angry is that you see they post ratings that people are happy and the deliver fast its just a lie and my wife thinks am **** cos other online goods that i bought after arrived way much earlier.Someone needs to call me urgently am tired of progammed emails and its my 1st and last time I buy from OneDayOnly deals.
