was instructed to return item myself to their HO

i bought 2 pairs of shoes online and they were too small, so I requested to have it exchanged (just for size Bcoz I was happy with items) but I was instructed that they were out of stock and refund can only be made if I brought the shoes to their store in Diep River. (Thats miles away from my house!!!) hence why I use online shopping Bcoz it's so far to drive out to stores. Pathetic. I will never use this site again.
