Warranty Claim Declined

I purchased an airfryer from one day only just over a year ago, it came with a 2 years warranty and it recently just stopped working, after waiting for weeks for them to conclude my return, they informed that they will not honor my claim because they found some roaches in it. Never in my life have i ever hear of such nonsense that a warranty claim can't be honored because of something like that. This company is a *****.
