Waiting for 2 months to replace default product

<p>On the 24th of Nov 2016 I ordered and paid for a black sling bag. I received the order a full month later. Only problem is there is only a bag, with no sling attached and the sling is no where in the package. It is unacceptable to wait a month to receive the product and then for the product to actually miss the sling of the sling bag. I contacted them on the website (no phone number) and they said they will get back to me. I followed up again but still no response.</p>
