WAIT 6 MONTHS FOR MONEY BACK ON FAULTY ITEMS

I just logged a return for this order. I bought it on the 16th October in preparation as a birthday gift. Apparently the watch only indicates a GPS being in China (place of manufacturing) and can never be changed to SA. I wish I was notified of this ahead of time maybe on the actual Ad. Because the watch is completely useless, the time only stays on 1 of January 2004. No matter how many rules on the manual and the YouTube videos we follow.

The sim card we bought was new and rica'd, nothing was faulty accept for the watch.

Now my main concern is that when I read the return rules from One Day Only, I am not impressed that I have to wait for 6 months for my money back ( thus if the return is even approved, *** to that) , this is appalling. As a continuously returning customer my expectations are not met.

The marketing of the watch on your website does not mention anything about the watch being in China while we are in South Africa or the fact that the customer will NEVER BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE TIME AND DATE or the watch does not pick up any GPS at all. What on earth is the point of having a watch that is dated and timed 17 years ago, literally 2004? This is so horrible, the worst experience in my opinion. I think people need to know about this:

One Day Only:

1. Advertised a GPS watch for kids that literally costs R400, as follows AND it is a total LIE: ( I want my money back for this watch and I don't want it 6 months from now I want it on the day the couriers takes it) plus I have another order via One Day Only coming in the next 5 to 10 days according to the email I recieved today, so I insist you do not charge me for the courier because the fault is on your side, let the courier guy delivering my next order pick it up. Otherwise this will not end here, and not only on Hellopeter, I will go everywhere exposing this *****. Trust me I am in the Marketing industry, I will not stop.
