Very poor service and communication

I am utterly disgusted and dissapointed with OneDayOnly.

On the 03rd of December 2024 they had quite a fee lovely deals. Now I knew that this is still early before Christmas. I purchased items for home and mainly the Christmas lights.

Knowing they take a little longer than the normal Takealot service I was expecting the goods mid December or after the 15th.

To my dissapointment nothing came checking the status of the goods in packing. After this I reached out through email on the 19th with an inquiry as to why the goods are still in packing status for over 2 weeks.

The agent rep**** with they will inquire with the warehouse. After not receiving any correspondence after that email I tried their WhatsApp channel. After doing so I received the same answer we will check with our warehouse.

They never came back with am update not even an email to update me and answer my query.

I received a email on the 27th of December to report I should be receiving the items on 31st December 2024. Not even an apology or feedback as to why these goods are still to be delivered almost a month later.

3 days shy of the initial purchase date. I cannot express my dissapointment with their poor communication and non chalant attitude.
