Very poor service

I placed an order on the first of November. Apparently it was in Gauteng. On the 7th it appeared as 'manifested arrived' in Gauteng. Since then there has been no action. When I called on the 13th of November, they say the parcel's waybill number peeled off and they couldn't identify the order. They were waiting for my query. That's very unprofessional. Even after,there is no sense of regret because the status of my order have not changed.
