Very poor after sales service

I bought a USB charger from them with 2 ports. One port did not work. I registered on their support site and received an email that they have received my request and will get back to me. Three week later, still no further response, even after I went back to their support site and asked.<br> <br> Cool site, nice products, good prices but if its defective, no service.
