Very disappointed with OnedayOnly commitment

I am very disappointed and upset. I ordered some items which are gists for Christmas- these items were ordered and paid for on the 22nd of November. To date I have not received the items and many empty promises have been made. The items should’ve been delivered today, I stayed home the whole day and no communication that the items would not be delivered. I sent an email and no response.
