Very bad return process

What a joke their return process is. I will use Takealot as a comparison since they are both online stores. With Takealot you initiate the return with a single button click where you indicate the reason for the return. You get a reference within minutes and arrange for pick up within a day. One **** only on the other hand makes sure that they make it as difficult and cumbersome as possible. That way they put customers off returning the **** that they sell. Probably works a charm.
