Useless service ... *****...

Bought a vacuum cleaner . Bosch with a 10yr guarantee. Ive only.had it 2 years, started making a bad noise. Logged a return with one day.. what a mission .. pictures etc... i had the original packaging as well. Long story short they sent it to a supplier that can fix.. i email the supplier to get a update.no response.. then i call and they confirm they still have not received the vacuum cleaner. This is 3 weeks now...finally today i get a email its on my way back to me .. after they told me its at the supplier ....lets see how long it takes to get back.... they ****... they tell you they will get back to you but they dont....stick with takealot guys... dont waste your time with these guys ....
