Useless service

<p>I ordered a pair of sandals, had to pay for the delivery of them, they took 12 days to arrive and when they eventually arrived they arrived in a different size to what I ordered. When I contacted them via email, I got no reponse until I ranted on their twitter page. I eventually got a response with again no follow up to my reponse. It is now a month down the line and I am still no closer to returning my sandals. USELESS service is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I ordered the sandals for summer but at this rate the issue will not be resolved come winter...</p>
