Useless, pathetic service

I made two orders one day apart (27 und 28 May). I received the first order within 4 days. I've been waiting for basically a month now for the other order - zero update on what is happening with the order, which hasn't even been dispatched. I've sent numerous queries on their website and even sent emails und absolutely no response. I don't even have the option to cancel my order so that I can get my refund if they cant fulfill the order. They're absolutely useless.
