Unprofessional, terrible business

Pathetic. My mother bought craft beer from this company two weeks ago with the idea in mind that the beer would arrive in time for my birthday party taking place on Saturday, 15th of June. After two weeks the beer hasn't arrived. During the week immediately preceding the fifteenth my mother inquired via email as to the status of delivery. My mother was then informed that the beer HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SENT YET! (Salesperson's name is Jason). On Friday the 14th Jason phones my mother, this after my mother complained to them via email on Thursday about the unacceptable situation, and subsequently Jason (after a load of ******* excuses, obviously) assures my mother that the beer would arrive on Saturday on time for the party. My mother received a status update from the company on Friday evening at 7:30, confirming that delivery is en route and would arrive within 48 hours. Needless to say the beer hasn't arrived yet, and probably never will, and even if it does chances are the beer would probably have gone bad by then, because that is what happens to craft beer, you jokers. Do not use the services of this company, these guys are unprofessional clowns. I never will.
