Unhappy with One Day Only Deals - Need Help?

I have purchased so many nice items through One day Only deals but now that i need them to contact me or to respond to my email when i need to return something NOBODY comes back to me. There is no telephone number to contact them - only the option to email them...i have done that twice already. I know what will happen now - once they decide to come back to me then it will be to late to return the products...this is pathetic - we must be able to speak to the people we buy things from...very disappointing experience....unhappy customer!
