Unhappy VERY BAD non existent customer service

There is absolutely no customer service!!! I have logged a return, i need to get my item sent back urgently, i need a refund!!! Please contact me, seeing that you don’t have any contact information, i wonder why?? Your website say’s you will get back in 2 hours on a working day??, it’s over 2 weeks now??
