Unhappy /Disappointed Customer

I have purchase 2 perfumes worse mistake. The fragrance doesn't even last for an hour I advised them and was told I cannot return if it was opened, so can someone please explain to me how was I supposed to know that the product was inferior through a closed box? If you go back on your records you will see all my purchases made with you but that will stop now. I'm not happy R1500.00 for nothing I think I would have had a better deal with the imitation perfumes because even that fragrance lasts a whole day. Their customer service agents have no customer skills and tact. .
