Unhappy customer

I bought a dinner set from Onedayonly and one bowl was delivered being damaged and they wanted to give me R55 credit for the damaged bowl and this was not acceptable from my end. I asked for R100 credit they refused, and we agreed that the whole set will be collected for credit, 3 weeks later this hasn't been done, and my emails are not answered. Order #***.
