Unacceptable Shocking Service

We ordered a foot massager and at the same time decided to order lots of other items. The order was placed on the 8th of April and we were informed only today that they don’t have the item as the truck was hi jacked. This is very concerning as I unfortunately only decide to check online reviews now and see that this excuse was used by One Day Only in January of this year to another customer who posted his review. The reviews also say that refunds are not easily processed though they are promised. This is unacceptable and should not be allowed to continue.
