Unacceptable response time

<p>Good day The response time of the contact centre to queries relating to completing a transaction is unacceptable. (and there is no tel number for the call centre) The response was late, unhelpful and uresolved. Due to the late response I missed out on the deal. This was my first experience buying from them.
