Unacceptable Customer Service

I placed an order on 12 December 2025, and to date, it has still not been delivered. The status of my order reflects as shipped. I contacted Pargo to follow up on the delivery and was informed that they never received the parcel.

I have sent several emails requesting clarification but have received no response. Additionally, there is no contact number available to speak to someone directly.
