worst terms and conditions policy ever! I logged a return for a glass item which i purchased mid of april for mothers day. While wrapping the gift there was a rattling sound from inside the box. I opened the box only to find pieces of broken glass inside the packaging. one of the bowls had chips around all the edges. I logged a return yesterday, one day after mothers day, only to be told the 7 day return policy had passed. ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED
