Unable to deliver products after buying them two weeks ago

HI,

I used to use this online shopping site often in the past but got bad service around delivery, so I decided to give them another go.....WHAT A MISTAKE

I placed an order 14 days ago today via One Day Only shopping site. I have followed up with numerous emails to your contact centre to only be helped by what seems a BOT an automated general response and then to be told yesterday that only partially my order has been dispatched....and im still waiting for that.

Once i receive these orders I will definitely never use this service again. and will spread the word through all my contacts!
