*****ULENT, ****MERS and ****S!

If I could rate 0 stars, I absolutely would. They are *****ulent and ****S! I received my package on 26 November and immediately logged a return when I realised that it was not up to standard. As I write this, I am STILL waiting for a courier to collect the parcel. I has been WEEKS! We regularly exchanged emails and they would promise it would get collected, only to find out from the courier (DPD Laser) that OneDayOnly keeps cancelling my collection behind my back! They simply won't process my return because they do not want to refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM ONEDAYONLY!!!!!!
