*****ulent debiting of account

Placed a order and paid online. Money was deducted from my account. Few days later they deducted the same amount again from my account. I sent them a email with proof that funds were taken 2 times, and the reply was that did not receive the first payment. I have bank statement to proof that money was debited twice but they insist they never receive first payment. (Scary thing is i also never yet received the items yet) Stay away from this business, use other legit online platforms.
