Two Weeks Without My Order and No Support!

I ordered a power supply from Onedayonly and was advised that the incorrect item had been shipped. Instead of them arranging collection with their courier (as the item hadn’t yet been delivered), I was asked to accept delivery and then return it via another courier. I comp**** as requested, but despite this, my correct order has still not been shipped. It’s now been two weeks without my order, with no resolution and no clear communication from Onedayonly. Emails go unanswered and there is no support contact number to escalate the matter. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
