Two weeks to deliver? No delivery = no xmas gift for a child

<p>There is NO contact number, no feedback or reply to any of my mails. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for this gift. Still have no idea when I will receive it. Tomorrow is the last day I can accept delivery at the delivery address as I'm going away on holiday. No parcel means no xmas gift for my child. Two weeks with no delivery or feedback on delivery status is unacceptable. Really???</p>
