Two months no delivery

On the 21st of May I purchased 1Threshold Sports Upright Bike with Bluetooth for R2799 and a set of mugs for R549 ,i have only received the set of mugs.I have not received any communication from oneday only i need my bike.Its been two months now.Why are you doing this to me. This is day light rubbery.Where is my bike I can't even trace it on the app but it shows that it was not delivered.Please should I contact consumer rights or just loose my money like that please attend to my order
