Try to get feedback since 18th June!!!!

Bad bad bad!!!!!! Trying to get hold of them to refund me on Pasabahce Flute Glasses!!!! They are all scratched!!!!!! Since 18th of June, they cant help me!!!!!

This is scary!!! Cant believe in this bad customer service!!!
