Trust index low. Received unhygienic and used headphones.

Ordered a pair of Bose headphones from one day only, I received a set thats seal was broken, the sticker with a barcode on the back even acknowledged that it was an open box. The headphones had a lot of hair and dandruff in the ear ****. Even the case that the headphones come with was full of dandruff and hair. Flippen gross. Obviously I expected a set of headphones and was looking forward to receiving them in a good condition and at a good price, but I suppose that on one day only, you pay for the discounts in other ways. At least they are refunding me.
