Total lack of assistance with expensive order

Ordered an expensive Jekyll & Hide leather jacket. When it arrived, it was slightly too small. Contacted OneDayOnly for an exchange, only to be told that it is impossible as they don't carry stock. They only offered a refund. Totally unwilling to try and perhaps contact the supplier to assist!

So I contacted Jekyll & Hide directly, and they were AMAZING - shipped me a replacement size to try on completely free of charge, and accepted the OneDayOnly stock back when I advised that the replacement one indeed does fit. All free of charge.

Yet OneDayOnly was unwilling to even just try and contact Jekyll & Hide on my behalf to try and sort out the problem. If I had not taken a chance and phoned Jekyll & Hide I would now be without the nicest jacket I've ever owned. Pathetic, and I will not be ordering from them again.

As an aside their orders take forever to arrive and their delivery costs are exorbitant (often almost negating the discount), so good riddance.
