Three Weeks No Delivery

I purchased a CELL PHONE cover from OneDayOnly on the 6th of June. It is now the 30th June and I have still not received my order. I wrote to them during the 1st week and was told it would be delivered by the 2nd week. <br> <br> It has now been over three weeks and I have still not received it. It's a cell phone cover?<br> <br> I will not be making use of their site again, but would still like the product I have paid for. Preferably before cell phones become a thing of the past.
