This company dont deliver orders

Ordered a parcel, this company took forever to deliver, I eventually had to email and tell them that I will be away for few weeks they wont be able to deliver. They then rep**** and say it is no issue they will keep the order and deliver when I am back. Now all of a sudden then have a whole new story of they need to refund a portion of the order. Makes you wonder how many goods are paid for that is never delivered or they have the lame excuse.
