It has been a month since my returned items were acknowledged and approved, and my refund is not being processed. A manager called me and promised that his reliable colleague Melissa George will resolve this and get my refund processed on the 20th May 2020, I am still waiting. All I get is auto responses and no one to proceed my refund.
