They are useless and unprofessional

I've been buying from them for a while now, they never deliver on time it's always excuses This time they said me a faulty watch, whan I request for exchange guess what: they told me to take a brick and smash the unit at the back and front🙆♂️ really is this company becoming a ****mer or what I'm so confused and disappointed
