THE WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE SERVICE.

It has been well over 2 weeks since I sent back a faulty vacuum cleaner that I purchased with them . All I keep getting is that they will get back to me but nothing happens. All I get is nice words and nothing else.

I want my refund!
