The worst customer service ever

I ordered a table tennis table plus net , bats and ***** . It took a whopping 7 weeks for the order to arrive when it should’ve taken at most 3 . After numerous follow ups it finally arrived however they only delivered a table. No use without a net bats and *****. It is now 6 weeks after half the order was delivered and I still have only empty promises and a table tennis table that cannot be used. I must’ve sent approximately 25 emails to Customer support over this period of which I only ever received proper responses to 4 . The remaining responses were auto generated without any care . There is supposedly a phone number which I tried on numerous occasions however it doesn’t even connect . What a joke .
