The worse return, refund process ever

If there was a 1/4 star I'd give them that. Bought some items one of the items were earpods and found one to be non functional, logged a return on their WhatsApp number it's been over two months now, no response, all you ever chat with is a bot.... will stick to purchasing from Temu, Shein and Takealot I've had much better services from them....bye Oneday Only for ever💩
