The prices are low for a reason.

I have been dealing with this company for a year now. The problem is they have no relationship with the suppliers of the discounted products. Every time I have ordered something from them the product was faulty. They do not intend to provide you with the product you ordered if there is something wrong with it. They courier it back to them for "evaluation", then they say the supplier does not have extra stock, then default to their go-to solution and reimburse you - I assume this happens a lot. They do, at least, have an average customer support - only via e-mail. Just don't expect this process to be quick.
