The Governments *******ion brother.

I ordered an item on the 12th of une and received it on the 24 of June. The day I received the item I sent them a mail to return the item as it looked and felt CHEAP. They responded on the 1st of July to say they will send a courier to come fetch the item and evaluate. On 6th July I was sent a mail that they have received my order and are happy with giving me a refund. The refund should reflect into my account in the next few days..... It is the 2nd of August and still NO refund!!! I have also sent numerous emails regarding the refund, only to get an automated response email. Im am disgusted in the lack of client service. I will be voicing this to EVERYONE I know or hear of wanting to buy from onedayonly. Truly PATHETIC. A company like this *****ing peoples money should be closed down!!
