The First time, and the LAST time

Shockingly bad first time experience.

Ordered two items and was very impressed with the site at first and the range of delivery options on offer.

So then I received the following email (a phone call would have shown a higer level of customer care than a "cut and paste" email):

"Hi there,

We are terribly sorry to inform you that we have run into an issue regarding stock for your Cyclist Rechargeable LED Front & Rear Bike Light. The supplier has also confirmed that they are unable to obtain additional stock of this unit, and does not have an alternative to offer.

We tried our best to save the situation - but unfortunately our last resort, and we mean very last, is having to refund you for the item. Kindly send us your EFT banking details, so that we may proceed with the refund back to your bank account."

If you don't have stock, then don't advertise it, and if you supplier can't offer an alternative, then don't use them anymore.

I am NOT impressed with you anymore, and I will NOT make use of you anymore.
