Terrible terrible terrible quality and service!!!

We bought a flyboy hover board for my son for Christmas 2017. On Christmas day the item worked for an hour and stopped. We returned it in Jan, as we were on holiday, and the gladly replaced the first one with one that not only also had a battery issue, but the Bluetooth didn't work. They offered to replace this one as well, collected it and we didn't hear from them in over 2weeks. I contacted them to enquire and was told that they are repairing my child's brand new hover board, but are waiting for spares and that the Bluetooth is not covered under warranty so they can't fix that. This is supposed to be a brand new product which is supposed to be replaced, not repaired! They said there is no stock... We then saw the same hover board on special again, so I called to find out why they are advertising if there is no stock. They said that its from a different supplier. I then requested for them to replace ours with the one from the new supplier. This took another week and more phone calls, from me of corse! To which they agreed to exchange it for the one from the other supplier. On 8 Feb 2018 we got the the one from the new supplier, what they failed to tell us was that this one is smaller and has no Bluetooth at all? Surely this should have been explained?

I'm sorry this is the first and last time I buy from this Oneday only place. They give other reputable online stores such a bad name!
