Terrible terrible service

If I could give them zero start I would. I placed an order on 1 June 2020 for some items which would be 6 parcels all together. I received one parcel on 19th of June.

One the parcel it says 1 of 6 and to date still nothing else has been delivered and the tracking number I had is for only the one box.

I reached out to their online contact forum right after I took delivery of the one parcel and since then I have sent them 8 more online request as to the whereabouts of the rest of my order and still nothing.
