Terrible service and no care for customer service

THIS IS TERRIBLE!!! We always use one day only, but after this NEVER AGAIN. I ordered 2 Garmin Fenix Watches from them as they were on special. One day only tries to deliver in 5 working days. Today is day 13, (working day) they’re not responding to emails and our parcel haven’t even been dispatched yet. Yesterday the same product was on sale again???? How does this work.
