Terrible service and items dont match pictures

Pathetic service. They sent a small item compared to the images. Then they tried to charge me for returning it and also shipping for purchasing the replacement. I started using them last week and so far have ordered 1 item every 2 days. I will not be visiting their site again. They have the worst service.
